For the past year I have been writing this blog to help people who need office space better understand the world of commercial real estate. My intention was to have a dialog, through this medium, in which I could respond to the needs of readers. What has happened, is not what I had hoped for. Very few people have ever commented or asked any questions. So, rather then my selecting the next topic, I am leaving it for you, the reader, to select the next issue, question or curiousity about which you would like to hear my thoughts and opinions.
